Babcock Group is a leading engineering services organisation, operating across multiple sectors including Defence, Cyber Security, Skills & Learning, CISR, and Analytic Solutions. They deliver complex, critical engineering services in the UK and internationally.

The briefs.

Our initial engagement with Babcock focused on providing creative direction to simplify complex technical messaging for diverse audiences. This evolved into collaborating on live deals, developing targeted campaigns and marketing strategies to enhance bid communications with both internal stakeholders and external partners, including key decision-makers.

We were tasked with branding start-up businesses within the group, effectively serving as their in-house Branding and Creative Agency. This involved building value propositions, crafting brand strategies, and implementing sales and marketing campaigns. Additionally, we were charged with equipping internal teams with essential tools and collateral to promote, market, and secure business opportunities across various sectors.
