The brief.
We were tasked with developing a structured creative workshop for Capita’s Skills, Learning, and Education Division. The goal was to create an innovative approach to identify client issues and requirements in skills and learning development. Our brief expanded to include creating a unique brand style that mirrored prospective clients’ branding, building various outputs and tools to support the workshops, and developing a password-protected website tailored for individual customers. The overarching objective was to design a distinctive approach to pitching that would set Capita apart from the competition and demonstrate their collaborative nature as a partner in organisational learning and development.
